Is there a hall rental fee?

No, hall rental is included.


Is there a table and chair rental fee?

No, table and chairs are included.


Is there a setup and clean up fee?

No, Courtney's Banquet Center will take care of set up and clean up for your event.


What is your hall capacity?

We can hold events for up to 275 people. We have ample parking with 176 parking spots.


What am I going to be billed for?

1. Food and Beverage selection

2. Gratuity

3. Linen Package

4. Security (required with alcohol)

5. Event overtime (over 4 hours)

6. Miscellaneous items such as a punch fountain, ice sculpture, etc.

7. Sales Tax


How far in advance do I need to reserve my date? 
Weddings typically book 6-12 months in advance. Corporate events usually have a shorter lead time. We suggest reserving your date as soon early as possible. Summer weekends and dates in December fill very quickly.

How do I reserve a date?

Due to the demand for our facility the only way to guarantee the date you requested is with a signed agreement and a $1000 deposit. The deposit will then be applied to your total bill. We are unable to tentatively pencil in dates.


What if I cancel my date?

If the event is cancelled within the last 30 days prior to the event you will be billed for the entire event. Otherwise, you will only be charged your deposit.


What if I need to change the date?

There is no charge to change the date of your event. We can not guarantee your second choice date will be available.


How far in advance do I need to submit my menu for an event?
In order for us to ensure the availability of all your chosen items, your menu selections should be submitted at least 15 days before your event.

When do I need to call with my final number of people?
Please confirm the number of guests that will attend your event 15 days prior to the function. This number will be considered a guarantee and charges will be assessed accordingly. If you don't call with a guest count-which is your responsibility-we will use the original number expected as the guaranteed number of guests.


What if some of my guests do not show up?

You will be billed for the number of guests on your confirmed head count.


What if more guests show up than I expected?

We will prepare for the number of guests you tell us, plus a small margin of excess. However, we can not guarantee to have food, beverages, or seating for any guests beyond the number of your final confirmed head count.

Are prices guaranteed or might they go up after I've planned my event?
Just like everything in life, our prices are subject to change. But once you have a signed a contract, we'll guarantee your price.

Is there a charge for cutting the cake? 
We include complimentary cake cutting.


When can I get into the hall to decorate?

Please call the banquet center to make arrangements.


When must my decorations be removed?

All decorations must be removed at the conclusion of your event.
